I've been working in the BPO industry in customer support through phone, email, and chat for over 10 years with 3 years in a supervisory role.

I was a Senior Team Leader at the last company I worked with. I was responsible for managing my own team and overseeing two LOBs, providing leadership and guidance to direct reports, SMEs, Assistant Team Leaders, and Team Leaders within said LOBs. Our project was focused on delivering Customer Service via email.

I was also responsible for managing and reviewing operational reports to understand the performance of all team members (Attendance, Client KPIs, and any internal Metrics), and ensure all targets are being met.

I also have almost 3 years of experience as a Search Advertising Specialist for Microsoft Bing Ads. I specialized in text ads, display ads, remarketing, and universal event tracking. I helped over a thousand small and mid-sized businesses in Australia, New Zealand, and other parts of SEA in making their ads successful.
