Joseph Ryan Campos

Hi, my name is Joseph Ryan Campos.

I am a graduate of Business Administration with the major of Business Management. I possess excellent skills in both written and verbal as well as working knowledge in a different software , including MS office application. I am currently taking my Master's Degree in Business Administration in University of Negros Occidental Recoletos. I have a 2 years experienced as a Human Resource officer. Also, I have more than a year experience working as a customer service associate of a BPO company. I was assigned in an online retail account, such as Amazon. My task is to receive and respond emails and provide a quality support to our customer's needs.

After amazon, I was transferred to a technical account which do a hard selling and technical support. This helps me enhance more my technical skills and enables me to gain more knowledge in sales and setting up business transactions. We troubleshoot cable, internet and phone.

I am also a Virtual Assistant of a Real Estate Company in Ohio, I do cold calling, determining comparable or the after repair value of a property and other administrative task.

My most recent job is an Acting Branch Manager of an HMO company where I managed the whole operation of the branch I was assigned.
