I'm Joy Genova, I've work in accenture phil for more than 6 years as data analyst. we process providers request and make sure that data should be align with the data base. process request of our offshore counterpart as well make sure all information that we have in our database is correct, mentor as well new member of the group. when I resigned in accenture, I found a new carrier as customer service in sitel, I've work there as sales associate for a year and half, basically we handle calls from united states clients & helping them with there online shopping, assisting them how they will process it or if they will allow us, placing the order for them, helping them as well tracking & making sure that they will get there product correct & working. when I resigned in sitel phil, found a another carrier at convergys, as customer service associate helping customer to understand there satellite bill, assuring that they will get the best value by having best programming that they deserve.
