I have worked in BPO companies for three years. The first job that I had was with Kgb Philippines. I worked for them for one year and six months. It's a UK based company and the account was Directory Assistance. My responsibility was to provide the callers the phone numbers that they are requesting, either a business or residential number. The second job that I had was with Interglobe Technologies. I worked for them for one year and nine months as a travel process associate similar to a travel agent. It is an airline account, United airlines to be exact. My job was to provide the customers the lowest ticket fare and book it for them and cancel or change their flights depending on their request.
