I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy last 2007. I am currently working at the Department of Education - Liliw National High School as a Senior Bookkeeper. I have 11 years of bookkeeping experience and 3 years general administrative. I prepare disbursement vouchers, facilitate in the processing and releasing of personnel benefits and prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end report.
I worked at Rural Bank of Magdalena (Laguna), Inc. as a Branch Bookkeeper for almost seven years. I am responsible for the consolidation of daily cash and non-cash transactions; deposits and withdrawals. I balance transactions, make journal entries, post to the General and Subsidiary Ledgers and prepare FRP reports and bank reconciliation monthly.
I previously worked at Mount Makiling Rural Bank, Inc. at Calamba, Laguna. It was my first work after my graduation. I was hired as a reliever to the New Accounts Clerk. I was responsible for opening new accounts and accepting Bayad Center payments. After two months, I was hired as probationary as a Loan Support Staff. I was responsible for accepting loan requirements from borrowers. I made sure all requirements were complete before processing and releasing the loans. I was also responsible for the encoding of borrowers' accounts to the Cyber Loans Program. After a year, I was promoted as the Head Office Bookkeeper which was responsible for recording, balancing and posting cash and non-cash transactions, the same with what I do with my present job.
I am looking for part-time jobs which can sustain my status in life as a married individual with two kids and my husband is sick and cannot provide for our daily needs. As a single-income earner for the family, I am looking for online jobs that I can do while earning as a regular employee.
