I have over 9 years in of experience working with a fortune 500 companies.

I’ve been working for multinational companies for their mega projects as an Engineer, with this I gain expertise not just on technical aspect of the project but also in the administrative task which includes the following:

Email Handling- Answering customer and vendor inquiries, sending an email to clients and vendors for clarifications, etc. It also involves categorizing email according to priority.

Customer Service- I can relay the information to clients and vendors effectively to make sure that all requirements and expectations are followed thru email and phone calls.

Schedule Management- I can prepare a schedule that will be beneficial to clients and make sure that due dates are properly observed and followed. I can also prepare Gantt chart if required.

Internet Research- I do this a lot to make sure that I provide the best technology to our clients that will match their project requirements and advice alternative solutions that will be beneficial to them technically and cost efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft office- I used excel in data gathering, preparing tables and charts to properly present my quotations and design specifications. I also use Microsoft word for providing and constructing project summary, etc. I also use PowerPoint for providing project presentation.

Data Entry- I used this if I’m gathering data for my project quotation and etc.

Being involved in projects that have a schedule to follow have taught me to do my work accurately and efficiently.
