My name is Julie Ann but I prefer to be called Julie. I'm a mother of 2 boys, 6 being the eldest and 3 is the youngest. I love to cook and spend my free time with my kids. I've been working in Call Centers for the past 7 years providing customer service and technical support and my recent job was as a Customer Service Specialist for eBay where I spent 4 years assisting members with their listing and selling activities. As a mother I would like to spend more time with my family but I also love my work but it is getting a big chunk of my time and I'm only able to spend two days out of a week with them. I have been with eBay for the past 4 years. I've been assisting sellers with their sales, verifying that they received payments, assisting on how to properly do their listing, what are the essential things that they should include to make their listings stand up, how to deal with buyer complains and giving advises like how to properly pack their items and providing general information about how to successfully sell on eBay. I have also worked as a Technical Support Specialist for companies like Centurylink (formerly known as Quest), AT&T and Time Warner Cable in providing technical support for members who are not tech savvy and need assistance with their internet connection problems.
