I am a former employee of a real estate company as a Marketing coordinator. I was assigned in both field and main office staff. In the main office I'm both a marketing staff and a front desk officer or receptionist where I do most of the customer service work, from attending and assisting customers and clients' needs, answering telephone queries, assisting in completion of documents such as Deed of absolute sale to organizing schedules and events tfr clubhouse rentals. I do most secretarial works and basically coordinating proper transfer of information to appropriate staff members. As a field Marketing Staff I make sure to maintain each subdivision organized, clean and presentable by coordinating with the Field Engineer and maintenance members so we can discuss proper methods and problems for solutions and marketing strategies to further improve our sales. At least once a week I take the road off to accredited brokers in their respective offices so I can update them about recent sales and provide them updated subdivision plans and maps.
I have a minimal experience in a BPO industry as a customer service representative in a US based company. I handle billing and tech service to customers plus a required sale. I provide mostly every question about the customer's account and provide solutions to their handsets. I am a fast learner and very keen to details. I don't require to much supervision and a home based work would be perfect for me since I have a lovely kid, but not to worry because I have someone to take care of him during work hours. Thank you!
