I am currently working in the financial industry as a Senior Customer Relationship associate dealing with receivables. Part of my job is to do customer support tasks via phone or email, web research and some operations and administrative tasks. As a senior associate, it is also part of my training to deliver induction modules to some associates and act as a support to the team manager in performing his/her daily tasks. I am responsible for coaching and giving feedbacks to some associates under the same team, doing team huddles, taking escalations, proofreading and editing their emails and approving the emails as well. I can do data entry jobs, general administrative tasks, collections, customer support, customer service, training, and coaching. I also own a clothing brand and used to do social media management for the brand specifically on Facebook.
