·As an associate, I handled a position in the billing department, in addition to customer service. I accept phone calls and process orders for the customer. I also deal with their concerns and commence basic target shooting if necessary. I was also trained to deal with irate and unsatisfied customers.

Assistant Manager
·I handle financial matters including daily, weekly and monthly reports of the status of our family business. I also interview newcomers and train them as deemed appropriate. I basically balance the relationship between business owner and employees.
