I have been in the industry of call center for almost 8 years. I have handled several accounts and I would say that it helped me a lot to gain new knowledge with this industry. I also joined the teaching community both online and in person. My course which is Psychology, also help me to perform because I do have background in dealing with different people with different personality. I can work in a minimal supervision and I can deliver numbers and not just deliver it with a mediocre performance but I always ensure that it is with flying colors. I know what an extra mile service is and I always want my clients/boss to have that impression towards my job.
