Works in partnership with individuals, organizations and colleges/universities to service all their financial aid needs. Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsible for analysis, identification of opportunities for improvement, and development of action plans to ensure functional processes are carried out in support of organizational goals.
Trains, develops, and supports consultants in cross-functional relationships that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Plan and perform staff training for Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2, and provide training for use of other software as required. Well versed with numerous financial aid computer software systems including but not limited to Peoplesoft, CampusVue, Poise, FAME, and Banner.
