Customer Service and Technical Support representative in profession for almost 5 years. Over the years, I was able to learn new things one by one. Now that I started being a Team Leader, I was able to enhance my people skills and management.

Accomplishing administrative tasks are also critical so having a knowledge in organizing the data that you need using Google Docs, Slides and Sheets. New tools are also introduced to me such as Salesforce and Lithium, making me more effective in doing my job.
