Right from my undergraduation, I have been highly interested in organizing various activities like intra-college and inter-college symposiums that demanded huge people management and multitasking skills. I have experience in organizing various sightseeing tours that included drafting a complete itinerary and visiting the places based on the itinerary, accomodation, travel booking etc. Having around 5.5 years of experience in software industry, the majority of it had been in customer support roles. I have served as a member of technical services team, where our team was the voice of the core development team. The work also demanded attention to detail and I was successful in completing the tasks that I handled. Working in a cross-cultural team that spanned across the globe, majority of the communication happened through e-mails and I was able to successfully communicate with my peers in a friendly manner. I developed the confidence in talking to clients and have come forward proactively during various crisis scenarios in helping them out in reducing the workload. I have created various training materials using PowerPoint and delivered training sessions to end users. I have received recognition from my manager and peer for having excellent online search skills and typing skills.

I have always believed that “Any work well-planned is half-done”. I find myself good at planning and my success lies in executing them as per the plan, with no compromise on quality. Time management is very important for any job and I strongly believe that I can manage time effectively, given tight deadlines. I can efficiently multi-task and prioritize tasks. I am receptive to attain new expertise that the job demands and am very adaptable to any environment. I always love to lead a team and can be an effective team player too. I am motivated to face new challenges everyday and am highly reliable for the work I do. I firmly believe that the strong verbal and written communication skills along with the computer skills I have gained through the years, would help me contribute positively towards any job that I undertake.
