I aim to work in a customer-centric organization, that provides a positive customer experience at every stage of the customer journey. 

Been working in the Customer Service Industry for 12 years now. Have various experiences, from office-based to home-based, as Customer Support (email handling and chat support) for Browze, CSR, TSR, and Community Moderator for Amazon. QA Analyst for Sales in a debt relief company. Also worked as a Virtual staffer for a Therapy service agency. I am confident that these experiences will make an immediate contribution to any team.

I am familiar with Microsoft Office, Slack, Shopify, Zendesk, and Zoom. 

I'm a fast learner, can work independently, can cope with flexible working hours, and I'm willing to learn new things. I would love to be considered for any open position related to my past role.
