I started working in BPO industry last 2011. I have handled both inbound and outbound campaign. I mostly handled an outbound campaign, I have experience with appointment settings, Lead generation, Sales doing upsells and I have 3 years of experience being a Customer Service Representative. 

I've been working home based for 3 years now. I am a highly motivated person and compassionate at work and i can work with minimal supervision. I am efficient at work and with it, I'm also cautious with my work, because I demand a lot of myself, and moreover i believe that being able to provide a high quality service is one of the standards that i need to meet. My goal is not just to get the job and meet your expectation, but to drive excellence on what you have been entrusted me to do.
