Kathryn Burzynski

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from DePaul University in Chicago, IL, and am currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in the Digital Age at the American College of Thessaloniki in Greece. I have over four years of experience working in the field of digital marketing. I worked as the digital marketing intern for Fashion Week Chicago in 2019 to 2020. In this role, I was responsible for leading the digital marketing and social media campaigns to advertise Fashion Week Chicago. This work experience taught me not only effective digital marketing strategies but also strengthened my abilities to be proactive and take initiative in the workplace. I also worked as the digital marketing and content creation intern for EXACT Sports in Chicago IL in the summer of 2020. I took on this role while the US first began its first stay-at-home orders. The role challenged me to think and work in ways I had never before and provided me the unique challenge of adapting marketing and outreach techniques to fit the unprecedented times we were facing. In both of these roles, I was able to leverage the marketing and digital media skills I learned in the classroom to improve my effectiveness and ability to suggest unique and engaging marketing strategies working in the field. My current studies in Greece combined with my past studies in the United States give me the unique edge of having an international outlook on marketing techniques and how to best relate to audiences from all over the world.
