I have 6 years experience spanning different arenas in the Insurance and Shared Services industry including data entry, policy processing and administration, customer support, training and team management.

I also have 1 year and 4 months of virtual executive admin assistant experience for an Australian-based dental company. My responsibilities included data entry and research, CRM, staff and client management, training, recruitment, human resources, bookkeeping, and other adhoc tasks.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated passion and commitment to excellent quality and customer service and continuous improvement – because of this, I have been nominated for my previous organization’s global recognition award for 2 years in a row, became one of the top 50 employees in 2016 and have been given the chance to travel to London in July 2017.

My positive attitude and willingness to learn and give more than 100% and my ability to build a good relationship with my stakeholders makes me a valuable asset to any organization.
