I have trained over 500 agents on customer service for both inbound and outbound helpline, telemarketing, KPO etc. Worked as team leader for two years, contact center manager for 3 years, operations manager as two years and currently working looking after the the company's business, operations, development, client handling, conducting business meeting and conference as the Chief Operations Officer. I have worked for telecommunication company to serve the customer for inbound and outbound support and also worked as the telemarketer over phone, survey call to medical professionals.
