I have been with the BPO industry since 2010 and have been through different lines of business. I have handled pure customer service, billing department, sales and financial accounts. I am degree holder for the bachelors of Art major in Mass communication. I am a self oriented person and can interact with different types of individual the best possible way ever. I have honed my skill in time management which I think is very important in this line of business. I am willing to do full-time if the compensation will suffice.
