I've been working as a Customer Support and Technical Support for approximately 8 years in several Business Process Outsourcing companies who provide customer support in U.S. Was even promoted as a Supervisor (Comcast account) in a cable and internet service provider company and I've accomplished this for being one of the top performer in our cite (High QA Scores, no schedule issues, good feedback from customers). I'm currently working as a Technical Support Representative and at the same time a Customer Service Representative for Metro by T- Mobile account. I have handled customer retention account for 2 years, I'm one of the subject matter expert of this account. I've been a quality assurance from my previous company. I have been an outbound call enter agent, sending diabetes supplies to our customers, and it's more on sales.

I have experience in customer service giving them excellent customer service experience by going out of my way to help them out with their concerns. I have a keen eye for checking every detail of the information being provided to me, also having articulate and good phone manners. I used to assist American people, I have expertise in resolving customer's issues regarding their bills, mobile phone issues, making sales and even retaining customers services. 

I've been one of the most performing agents and been recommended to a higher post several times already because of my excellent performance.
