I am 27 years old with 2 job experience. I been in BPO industry for over 6 years now. I am currently working as a team leader, I am handling a sales account which cater debt settlement. I make sure that all of my agents reach their daily quota and motivates them to reach their goals. Also, I have dialed several accounts in the past. I am looking for a part time job to sustain my family's need before I settle down and start my own family.
