I have a total of 9 years’ experience in a BPO from customer service, directory assistance and managing campaigns. I also worked with different platforms such as inbound, outbound, email and chat.
I had an experience of being a trainer and team lead. During my time working at BPO, I learned how to do multi-tasking, value patience and time management skills.
One of my strength is leadership skills. I’ve always been a natural leader. I’ve exceeded my KPIs every quarter and promoted to trainer and team lead.
