I am a Licensed Professional Teacher since 2010, but did not pursue my career in the academe because I have this passion in recruiting people and giving them the opportunity to be part of a good company. I have tried various strategies in sourcing quality candidates in response to the hiring needs and have practiced different techniques in recruiting but I am still enthusiastic in developing my skills and learning in my selected field. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years handling financial account.
