I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 6 years in a corporate world. then I started working at home since 2015 and I’ve been doing home-based jobs ever since. I have been in Customer Service and Appointment Setting field for the most part of my working career at home although I also did some basic non-voice tasks and worked as a Virtual Assistant as well.

I am very exposed with different tools, CRM, dialer and applications that are necessary to do home-based jobs and I’ve gained more knowledge and skills as time passes.
