I love setting myself challenges and continuously striving for progress. I am passionate about maintaining a positive attitude towards work and building relationships with my team. I aim to become a part of a growing company, utilizing my skills in data analysis and customer care, and keeping up with the cutting-edge technology.
I am a frontliner.
Currently, I act as an oversight who handles light and heavy maintenance checks on all the aircraft of Philippine Airlines. I perform day-to-day aircraft walk-around checks to make sure that these babies are presentable and are in good shape before they leave the hub for their scheduled flights. I see to it that the workloaded tasks are done in a safe manner – following and maintaining the standards. I also coordinate and plan with concerned offices during AOG situations.
Being a part of the Aircraft Engineering Department involves me to a lot of decision making as well as short-term and long-term planning. I act as a technical support representative. I respond to inquiries, attend various meetings, and address technical concerns regarding my projects.
Here's a glimpse of my side hustles, my achievements and their contributions to what I am today:
When I was in college, I used to work at McDonald's. I was 17 then, and it's when I realized, if you put love in everything you do, you never really get tired. I learned to deal with different kinds of customers and work with a sense of urgency without compromising the standards, food safety and customer expectations.
After I graduated, I took and passed the board exam for Aeronautical Engineers.
As I waited for a job offer in the aviation, I worked as a technical support representative, a call center agent. I handled EPSON America account which involved mostly of troubleshooting. This is where I learned to take one step at a time, to speak with customers with empathy and respect, and to pay attention to details.
Before PAL, I also taught basic subjects to Aircarft Maintenance and Aviation Electronics Technology students where I gained more confidence and learned commitment.
This is me.
It may take some time before I reach the top but I certainly know that whatever I am doing today is taking me steps nearer to the summit.
I never gave up on my dreams, never will I.
I am a Lady of courage and a woman of faith.
I am proud to be a member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo.
