I've been working since 2013 as a Community Development Facilitator at an NGO Company in the Philippines. As a CDF my main work is doing Administrative tasks like ;
provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and
copying to management.
maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
perform data entry and scan documents
manage administrative calendar for schedules, events, appointments, meetings
responsible for resolving any administrative problems
prepare and modify documents including correspondence, project outline, reports,
the proposal, case stories, accomplishment reports.

Administer SAP email, Outlook, Internet Research, Email Handling, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, spreadsheet
participatory situational analysis, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in the assigned area.
*Administer and implement campaigns, projects training and workshops.
In this kind of work, we are in charge of the all the Administrative and Financial works including reports, budgeting, web, design, a proposal from project design up to evaluation.
Before I was hired as a Facilitator I was also a Data Entry/Sponsorship clerk for 6 months on the said Organization.
