I am a former Bar supervisor of Midori Clark Hotel and casino here in pampanga as a Pre-Opening team.
I am also a former bartender of Widus Hotel and Casino. As a bar supervisor I'm the one whose responsible for their monthly drink promotion, daily sales and revenue each of my outlets, requesting running low items, Maintaining of beverage cost, Training of all new staff of the bar and implementing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), and as of now I am a Bar and Restaurant consultant.
