If you are in need of someone to give voice to your thoughts and/or to translate them into Dutch (or from Dutch to English!), I can help you with that. If you have already done so yourself yet find yourself in need of a hawk-eyed proofreader, I would be thrilled to help there, too! (Trust me: I'm the person that proofreads restaurant menus and cringes at typos in subtitles.)

I have always taken great interest in linguistics and foreign languages, which made my penchant for studying multiple languages (and my crammed DuoLingo profile) a given. Currently, I am fluent in both Dutch and English. Additionally, since I have studied with the nursing faculty of my previous university and am currently enrolled as a psychology student, medical and academic jargon will not deter me from doing my job right.

Beyond this, I own a one-man company, Lostin Translations, which was born in early 2018 out of a combination of my love for puns (hence the name) and a New Year's resolution. My goal was to turn my work as a translator into my primary source of income and creating this small business was my first step towards achieving that.

Not long after this, I was hired by Grupo M Contigo, a global digital content developer, to work as one of their resident translators and work my magic on their English web articles. As crucial as this has proven to me and my ability to let my services take off properly, I am eager to expand. I would love to work on new projects and with new people - such as you!
