I’ve been a full time marketer for 8+ years and I’m pretty good at it 🙂 I’ve been fascinated with technology and the internet since I was a child. I loved building computers and hacking things. I was also interested in art. I loved to draw and create things. I remember wanting to be a cartoonist when I was a little kid. I would practice drawing new characters for hours everyday… As I got older my interests shifted. I realized technology was the future and knew the sooner I adapted the better.

Everything changed when I turned 16. I was offered the opportunity to go to a technical school while in high school. I knew even back then the key to getting ahead in life would be my ability to adapt and learn new things… I wanted to know more than anyone else in my class before we graduated… So I signed up for the most difficult class they offered… CISCO! I became CCNA certified to build and maintain Computer Networks. It was pretty hard… Esp for only being 16… but I put a lot of hard work into learning and applying… When summer break came my teacher wanted to know if I wanted a job to helped reconfigure all the schools networks in my county. What do you think I did? I took the Job!

After High School I enlisted into the United States Marines. I became a field radio operator and was attached to an Ati-Terrorism unit and during my final deployment to Iraq I joined a Scout Sniper team. I could write pages and pages of crazy stories of just my experience in the Military… After we get to know each other more maybe I’ll tell you a few. When being honorably discharged from the Marines as a Sergeant (E-5) I decided to go to College. After 2 years of College I decided it wasn’t for me. I had a hard time adjusting back to the civilian life. I felt estranged to the other students and figured I was wasting my time. This is a common struggle for Veterans trying to assimilate back into civilian life… I was no different.. and I still face those struggles to this day, but I don’t let that keep me down!

After leaving college I decided to teach myself how to build websites and market them online. That’s what I’ve been doing these past 8 years and I’ve stuck with it ever since. I’ve worked with startups all the way up to multi-billion dollar companies. My understanding of technology and marketing makes me a valuable asset to any business.

I use data, technology and a creative marketing approach to solve complex business problems.
