Rich experience in the delivery of digital projects, from defining client requirements to effectively managing the project across the entire project life cycle including tender preparation/proposals, quotation and planning, quality assurance, design and development to completion, delivery and successful rollout. Ability to successfully lead and manage in house and virtual teams across the globe. Skilled at utilising Microsoft tools for project management; Adobe and Articulate tools for development, skilled technical writer. Experience with design, implementation and migration of various LMS/CMS systems. Demonstrated ability in balancing demands and budgetary constraints without compromising on quality; implementing and adhering to Quality Assurance procedures to ensure the delivery of a customer-focused, quality product. Experience with working in a multi-cultural team environment and with international clients. Excellent client service and relationship skills. Able to work autonomously in a flexible environment,travel as required and relocate where needed.
