I used to be with the call center industry for about 4 years.I handled International accounts both outbound and inbound. I was required to upsell products and always reached quota. I've been doing email and chat support. My selling experience includes from Company Memberships to selling DVD's to US citizens. Inbound accounts included custmer service for TELCO and DSL subscibers of both US and Australian clients. These experiences helped me enhance my communication skills with almost all kinds of people and nationalities, which makes me confident that I can still continue to give the best of my service to my future clients. I belive that online jobs, may it be freelance or homebased, must begin with the right work attitude, fair mindset and focus and a positive outlook.
