I am Ma. Dianne Criselda M. Anzures, 31 years old. I took up AB Mass Communication at University of Perpetual Help Laguna. I've been in the BPO industry for about 6 years.
I started off my career as a Financial Analyst 7 years ago wherein my task was to collect payments, enroll them to a recurring payments and asked questions about their financial situation. I handled inbound and outbound call in a credit card account with Convergys Inc. Second was a Customer Representative/Technical Support only for 6 months and got promoted as On-the-Job Trainor for 2 years and 1 month. OJT develops New Hire Agents, practicing role playing and calls with trainee. OJT also answer inbound technical and customer service calls. I was with Stream (Convergys)as a chat support for 2 months for a Software account. Third was a Customer Service Associate for a Life Insurance account with Sykes. Lastly, I was a Customer Representative Level 2 for a Telco account with Teletch.
I can easily adapt with the changes and knowledgeable when it comes to Customer Service. I enjoy working. I enjoy talking with many people. I love Music. I surf the net all the time. I love being trained so that I can gain more knowledge. Hopefully I will be able to work as soon as possible. Thank you.
