•Capture, Validate and post manual orders into SAP ensuring that only quality orders are processed to minimize the instances of rejected deliveries.
•Responds to customer inquiries on prices, orders status, credit status , product availability, and product initiatives with quality standards and customer expectations.
•Monitors and coordinates fulfillment of orders across all functions from generation to delivery within quality standard and prescribed lead time.
•Communicate process delays to concerned departments or units and if necessary, inform the customer or the Customer Development Specialist on the status of the order.
