I've been working in the BPO industry. I work as a Customer Service Representative, Financial Aid Advisor and Technical Support Advisor in one of the largest company in the country. I have had handled Telco accounts based in the United Kingdom and U.S.A. to help customers with their billing statements. It is my passion to do customer service and people in needs of assistance.
