Majelin Purple C Fernandez

I am a Registered Nurse by profession and I graduated in 2008. However, shortly after, I had a career change and worked with various Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. All in all, I have worked with two (2) BPO companies in a span of four (4) years. My longest stint was with IBM as a Transaction Dispute Specialist and it lasted for two and a half years. As a Dispute Specialist, my job was to assist customers who wants to dispute a certain debit card transaction. Soon after, I worked with 24/7 Philippines Inc., as a collections specialist of a telecommunications company for almost two years. As such, one of my tasks was to make payment arrangements to clients and to extend terms of payment which is beneficial to both parties.

In my years with the BPO industry I have developed a good interpersonal relationship with both my peers and my clients. I have been exposed to financial accounts and I am familiar with terms related to the enterprise.

Presently, I am an Office Manager of a Law Office. I have been exposed to various legal contracts and transactions.

I plan to be engaged in transactions wherein I can apply the knowledge I have accumulated during my stint with my previous employers.
