Currently in my job as Finance Officer I am the who record transactions, prepares journal entries, adjustments up to the monthly financial statements and accompanying schedules and other financial reports to the management. I am the one who monitors cash balance and placements. Assist in following up outstanding accounts receivables of the company. Prepares monthly bank reconciliation. Ensures timely processing of remittances and filling of withholding taxes, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig contributions. Ensures that obligations are paid and reportorial requirements submitted to respective governments and other regulatory agencies. Coordinates with external and internal auditors regarding interim and annual audit. Prepares liquidation of Grants / Sponsorship and handles safekeeping and filing of all financial records and Business permits. Handles disbursements functions (vouchering, payroll, check issuance and releasing of checks). I have also knowledge in computerized accounting like system application program and quickbooks.
