I am with the Corporate Industry for almost 3 years. I have been dig filing, record keeping submitting reports for Government mandated benefits. I also prepare payroll using Microsoft Excel. I am also assigned to recruit employees for vacant positions.
I've been with the Business Process Outsourcing for 2 and a half years. Addressing customer's concern is our main task. I serve as a Sales Support, wherein we do assist customers in placing their orders, checking the status of it and help them with the return process.
I am knowledgeable with Microsoft Office such as, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint. I can work with minimal supervision. I am also keen to details, goal-oriented, and organized.
