I've been a Customer Service and Sales Associate for 8 years and a Virtual Assistant for two years now, during that time I’ve developed impeccable phone manners and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously, and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives. I further cultivated useful customer service abilities while handling technical support for clients on a wide range of company products. With those years of experience, It made me an expert in managing different customer service tasks such as answering emails and phone calls, maintaining confidential online records, handling customer’s accounts via CRM tools, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation and using different computer softwares and online tools. While I enjoy the challenge and fast-paced environment, I'd also like to round out my experience and contribute to a customer service effort outside of a call center. 

In addition, I am working as an Executive Virtual Assistant for a Fashion Retailer company in Los Angeles California. My duties included creating email marketing campaigns, developing effective Standard Operating Procedures for the company and working with the Director of Operations in developing a strategic business plan for the organization, leading in the execution of that plan. I facilitate the development and implementation of various business plans and programs that will help the company or one of the company's clients grow and prosper. I analyze data to understand market conditions, preparing agendas for both long and short term, and maintaining updates to our web content. I build, check, and expand client databases and key contact information.I create, organize, disseminate, and proof communication, presentation and documentation. 

Not so long ago, I also got promoted as the Head Recruitment Officer of a Staffing Agency based in New Mexico in which is one of the companies that my client owns. I manage and lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters. I am fully responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations. I solve all issues evolving during hiring job vacancies and take all managerial decisions. I dedicate most of my working time to the development of the recruitment process. I also meet with internal clients on the regular basis as the potential gaps are identified and researched. 

My number of knowledge and experience of a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned. I am a quick study and welcome challenges as well.I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and I would love to transfer these skills to your company as your VA.
