I have worked with various telco companies in the US, namely MCI, AT&T and Time Warner Cable. I also handled Telus International which is a Canadian Account. I handled all three line of businesses for these companies, such as their Phone Services, DSL/Cable Internet and TV. Troubleshooting from phones to TV is the main job description. I was trained well by these companies that I have acquired a lot of skills like virus removal to remote troubleshooting. I have also mastered the art of technical when it comes to the internet. I can handle email issues, email clients, pc troubleshooting and finally make the customer experience worthwhile. I make sure that my customers will remember me.
I have been working from home for almost 3 years now. I am an Online English Teacher who teaches English to Chinese students. I find it very rewarding and hoping for more opportunities to work from home even for part time positions. I think that’s the advantage of working from home. You have the power and the ability to be available when you have free time, without thinking of long commutes.
