I took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Major in Computer Management. I got the bachelor's degree on October 2006. I started my career in the BPO as a Customer Service Representative since 2007 up to 2012 from various companies. I was an agent until 2012. I got promoted as Quality Analyst in Aegis Phils. on 2013. I transferred to HCL Philippines for the same position unil 2015. I got promoted as a Team Lead on January 2016 and decided to leave HCL Philippines on January 2017.
