I have been with BPO industry for 3 years.

I was first assigned as Customer service for healthcare account for almost a year, then I was transferred to Technical account.I also have experience as Fraud Specialist for one of rural bank in U.S. In my 3 years experience in BPO industry I can say that I achieved a lot of goals and awards.

 I manage to maintain hitting the goals monthly while participating on Company activities. I am Computer literate,knowledgeable in MS Office. I have strong communication skills and analytical skills.

 I am also a quick learner . I can work with less supervision. I want learning new things . I am willing to be trained. I am fast learner.
