Recently ,I was a sales associate for the retention department of AT&T, one of the biggest telecommunication company in the US. In this account we do handle mostly irate customers who wants to cancel the service, have an issue on their bill and overages charges, as well as upgrading their devices. We do make sure that every loyal customers is not being taken for granted and that they are getting the full potential of our services as a valuable customers.
I was a customer service representative for an online shopping website specifically Amazon before. As an agent, I build my confidence in dealing with clients and doing my best in order for me to give them the service they deserve to make them satisfied.
