I have been working in a BPO (outsourcing) environment for more than 5 years. Most of my role is under Finance and Accounting, Accounts Receivable module to be specific.
Key responsibilities were as follows:
Collections
Customer support (thru calls and emails)
Account Reconciliation
Reporting (any AR related reports)
Forecasting (Cash Forecast)
Trending reports
In addition to my main role as Credit Portfolio Manager (end to end AR process), I'm also engaged to several process improvement project mainly related to reporting and AR process (eg. Statement of Account Generator tool (VBA Macro), Key Clients, Vendor Account Reconciliation and more). Became an excel trainor from basic to advanced excel to my colleagues.
Been working as a freelancer (Excel Jobs / Bookkeeping) as well for almost half a year and I'm looking for more clients.
