I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management in college. I previously worked as an Email and Chat Support Representative for two years. This is where I have gained my skills and experience in performing customer service duties. My previous job includes answering a customer's, or members as we call them, concern and inquiries through email and live chat. I am also proficient in using Microsoft Office and an internet savvy.
