I am an enthusiastic, collaborative and hardworking individual with 15 years of experience from various multinational companies in the following: 

• Project management embedding the agile methodology to be able to focus on the improvement of the project based from feedback from both the customers and the stakeholders. This also includes management of each individual in the team to ensure that their skills are continuously developed for better performance. 

• Business analysis such as requirements elicitation, process review and improvement, data analysis and change management delivering high quality outputs such as Business Mapping specifications (BMS), and Business Requirements Document (BRD), process documents with process flow diagram), change management framework and the like. 

• Data management, and reports and dashboards preparation which includes ETL development vis SSIS packages (sourcing, processing and loading of data into the database), preparation of input data for the dashboard, and design & development of dashboard using MS Excel-VBA or Qlikview. 

• Technical support where issues with applications or tools, internet connection configuration, customer account setup, etc. are resolved in a timely manner, leaving customers with great satisfaction.
