I've been working as a Call Center agent for more than 3 years now. First, as a Customer service representative, we dealt with customer's concerns regarding billing, inquiries and so on. I worked there for 6 months only because of my pregnancy issue. Secondly, I worked as a Technical Support Specialist in a US based account. I stayed there for 1 year and 6 months. But due to location and my eldest son started to go to school, I decided to resign. Here, on my latest company, I am working as a Technical support Specialist and US based account as well. We specialized with fiber optics technology. It's easier and reliable technology. But I'm now planning to resign because I just gave birth and I want to stay to our home, so I will be able to see my kids grow up.
