I'd been in the Hospitality Industry for 13 years as a Customer Service Professional. I was previously employed in a Global E-commerce company in Singapore as a Customer Support and Training Executive for 4 years (office based) and was promoted to Customer Success Manager until March 2017 (office based and 1 year home-based).
I have always wanted to work and serve people, love getting things right and making my customers happy.
