I am an IT Support Professional with over 7 years of full time experience supporting in-house infrastructure and more recently a large number of clients' IT Infrastructure as a Managed Services Provider support engineer.

My strengths include but are not limited to support of the Windows Server and Desktop platforms, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office 365 (Azure, Exchange etc.), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, end user training, network troubleshooting, incident management, change management, creating and maintaining support documentation.
