Creators of smart Wi-Fi enabled LED lights, pronounced (life-x) started back in 2012 with the most
successful Kickstarters campaign at the time. Since then, LIFX now connects with a wide range of
smart home devices and has expanded into 90+ countries.
In charge of the management, launch, channel strategies, localisation, and GMV of two Shopify Plus
stores. In addition to fulfillment, daily operations, inventory control, and demand planning for global
B2C operations. Collaborating internally with Ecommerce and Marketing Managers to iterate and
execute global channel strategies for growth and customer retention. In addition, there were a
number of projects taken on to help scale revenue from $USD4.46m in 2016 to $USD7m in 2017.

• Launch of eu.lifx.com and uk.lifx.com creating $USD962,000 of revenue in 8 months
• Collaborated internally to launch a country targeted ad server strengthening sales by $388,395 in
2017 through the LIFX app, increasing repeat purchases and customer retention
• Increased the AOV from $USD178 to $USD200, significantly impacting revenue
• Project managed the requirements, business rules, development and end-to-end testing of an API
connection between 3PL partner based in Europe and middleware routing engine Shipstation.

and Zapier, using Agile methods to iterate until a solution was found with available technology.
Reducing data entry by 259 hours in 6 months, creating 2,220 shipments, tracking inventory for

throughout the building, reducing WIP from 10-15 business days to 2-4 days
• Project managed an app on the JotForm platform which emailed a PDF with images,
measurements and notations on completion of a site survey. This prepared the team with data
for a rollout with with over 220 sites across the state, reducing pre-press by 6-8 weeks
